commiting crime

demented display
of arrogance

how long will it
take to rebuild
a nation after
seeing so many
traitors assist
the doddering
orangutan in his
delusion of grandeur

how do we heal after
he set us at each other’s
throats while robbing
us all blind

how do we face those
who gleefully played along
denying reality while
constantly demanding proof

and what horrors
still await

denial of fact
