i may not be
the poet laureate
of texas
but i am
the third
most famous poet
in my apartment
complex

the title
goes
to the little asshole
that put
a collaborate and listen
sticker
on
the stop sign

the runner up
is the guy
that scratched
a dirty limerick
into the paint
above
the mailboxes

and he
misspelled
nantucket

i bet
neither of them
have ever
posted something
carved directly
from their souls
only for it
to be
completely
ignored

so

i have that
going for me
