That is very true, but some times we don’t realize we are telling ourselves lies. Some times people tells who we are or what we can be and we believe them. Their lies become our truth and it’s only when you can see who you truly are that you can know what is a lie and what isn’t. No sense of being down on yourself for not knowing because we all have been there.
