was particularly thick
this evening
he thought it looked good
when the pink and blue lights
bounced off of him
in his skinny jeans
he knew
he was the biggest rock star
in the room
then he saw them
locked together
swaying to the music
and kissing
as if alone
maybe another layer
of eyeliner
would do the trick
